Ensure the delivery of all procure goods are on scheduled by maintaining records of goods that have been ordered and corresponding shipping dates (domestic/local procurement)
Maintain the export/import shipments documentation.
Prepare update of ordered material and services for routine maintenance, operation and outage requirements.
Maintains business relationships with suppliers to ensure their assistance if an unexpected event requires expedited shipping of an order.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
