JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

1. Prepare data for payroll and execute the payroll process, including the regular monitoring, reporting and adjusting of the budget
2. Coordinate payroll processes, salary planning, bonus planning, new benefits induction, etc
3. Design and develop compensation policies and procedures
4. Assist Compensation and Benefit Assistant Manager to manage the relationship with the tax consultant
5. Participate as the team member in strategic projects and initiatives
6. Assist Compensation and Benefit Assistant Manager to design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)
7. Assist Compensation and Benefit Assistant Manager to develop compensation & benefit analyst also having understanding tax PPh 21, 25 and 29
8. Represent the organization at different HR conferences
9. Assist Compensation and Benefit Assistant Manager for maintaining organization structure of Manpower Planning (MPP) of employee, such as new employee, replacement (rotation and promotion) and employee termination
10. Provide administrative report and auditing
11. Assist Compensation and Benefit Assistant Manager to create and implement retain program promotion and employment strategy
