Responsibilities:
1. Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, operating systems, networks, printers and scanners
2. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems (Linux, MacOS & Windows), VoIP, networks (WAN, WLAN & LAN)
3. Monitor Mikrotik Router and Switch (ISP link, Trafic, Routing, Firewall, Queue, Looping detection)
4. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary (computer, laptop parts and printer)
5. Provide, help and setup IT equipments for event. (eg laptop, projector, sound system, TV, etc)
6. Testing new technology
7. Update IT Asset documentation Maintenance CCTV, photocopy, IP Camera, and Algotex Pattern Printer, QR printers, QR scanners and handheld scanner
