- Preparing the purchase orders, receiving, storing, issuing the goods, managing the stock asset levels, and giving out the supplies from the stock
- Analyze and summarize numerical information and critically examine for accuracy
- Input and access inventory data through a computerized maintenance management information system. Utilize computer to troubleshoot records for inventory control
- Perform administrative functions such as typing, filing, and maintaining detailed records
- Checks the accuracy of computer printouts, reports, and calculations. Ensures that work is carried out to specification
- Compile, classify, collate, and organize information. Maintains electronic, paper records and reports. Maintains inventory control, timekeeping, and budgetary records.
- Preparing the reports on adjustments done to inventories that may be damaged, spoilt, etc
Persyaratan Lowongan
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Accounting major
- More than 2 years relevant experience in Finance Accounting Department in OM Power Plant or other heavy industries.
- Having experience in asset inventory in OM Power Plant or other heavy industries
- Detail oriented
- Excellent in analytical thinking
- Language proficiency: English
