The Warehouse Supervisor oversees receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching goods to ensure stock accuracy and smooth warehouse operations. This role includes supervising warehouse staff, controlling inventory, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and coordinating with other departments to meet operational needs on time.
Persyaratan Lowongan
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Warehouse within manufacturing industries, especially footwear and garment.
- Familiar with CTPAT system to maintain clean, organized, comply warehouse, and environment warehouse.
- Strong knowledge handling of size run materials, leather storage, and temperature control.
- Ability to improve or setting warehouse layout.
- Experience in stock accuracy management.
- Strong dicipline, documentation skills, and audit readlines.
- Experience with exporting finished goods to U.S/TU markets.
- Proficient in computer operation (Ms. Office).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Aware with HSE Values.
