Job Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all accounting operations within the company.
Prepare and analyze monthly & annual financial statements.
Understand and calculate COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and COGM (Cost of Goods Manufactured) accurately.
Handle and optimize tax incentives and government facilities, including:
VAT/PPN exemption
Import duty reduction
PPh facilities / tax holiday
Monitor budgeting and cost control strategies for production activities.

Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting (garment industry experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of COGS & COGM calculations
Experience working in a KEK / Special Economic Zone is an advantage.
Familiar with tax regulations, financial reporting, and compliance in KEK.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
English and Mandarin language skills are a strong plus.
