Job Description:
- Ensure all operational and product processes comply with established procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, including managing third-party inspections and calibrations
- Monitor and maintain a safe and compliant working environment while supporting continuous improvement across operations
- Assist in handling customer complaints and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and product quality
- Support the implementation and coordination of quality management processes across departments
- Oversee the inspection and handling of incoming materials through to finished goods, ensuring all processes meet customer standards and specifications

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in a manufacturing or product-based environment
- Good knowledge of quality processes, methodologies, and regulatory compliance
- Understanding of quality document management and coordination processes
- Committed to maintaining a safe work environment and ensuring compliance with safety protocol
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Willing to be placed in Batang, Central Java
