Job Description :
1.
Diagnose and repair computers, hardware components, and basic peripherals.
2. Install, configure, and maintain network systems (Lan, Server,
Internet...etc...).
3. Assist in deploying and managing internal IT systems and devices.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
5. Provide technical support and guidance to staff as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of IT equipment inventory and system configurations.
7. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure seamless IT operations.
8. Stay updated with emerging trends in hardware and networking technologies.
Persyaratan Lowongan
Requirements :
1.
Previous experience as an IT Support Technician or similar role.
2. Solid knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and maintenance.
3. Familiarity with network setup and management (wired/wireless).
4. Ability to work independently and respond quickly to technical problems.
5. Basic understanding of system or network security is a plus.
5. Programming knowledge is a plus, but not required.
6. Majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical
Engineering, or related field preferred.
