- PR analysis from related departments and create PO to local suppliers
- Check and submit invoices from local suppliers to accounting for arrange payment
- Responsible for claims of rejected or shortage and replacement goods from local suppliers
- Negotiate and Looking for alternative materials for efficiency of local material costs
- Monitoring outstanding PO's that have not been closed
- Recap Local Purchase

Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma's Degree from any major (Fresh Graduates are very welcome)
- Experience min. 2 years in related position
- Able to English at least passively
- Have good negotiation, communication, coordination skills
- Proficient in operating office software
- Have the ability to handle problems at work independently and team work
- Familiar with the material sourcing product and non production support
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
