Job Desc :
- Booking container to freight forwarder
- Create invoice + packing list and AWB if any sample to Buyer
- Submit PEB (Pemberitahuan Export Barang)/ Export declaration BC 3.0
- Submit ASN (Advanced Shipment Noticed) if any
- Submit SI final & check plus confirm bill of lading
- Create export delivery note
- Create export recap report
Persyaratan Lowongan
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma's Degree
- Experienced in the same position at least 2-3 years, especially in the field of Export – Import
- Understand the flow of documentation and Procedural Export and Import
- Mastering Formulas and Functions in Microsoft Excel
- Has English skill (written and speaking) is preferred
- Willing to learn and work under pressure
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
