Job Description;

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientations , contract,and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records, including personal files, attendance records and performance evaluations.
  • Assisting with payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, performances, bonus and leaves.
  • Developing key metrics/KPI to measure employee performances.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date.
  • Support with review and renewal of company policies, and legal compliance.

Persyaratan Lowongan

Requirements : 
  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Management, Management, Psychology, or any other related field. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent in technical support tools such as Ms. Office.
  • Minimal 1 years experience.
  • Understand HR management (Selection & Recruitment, Training, Performance Assessment, ETC).
  • Willing to be placed in Batang-Jawa Tengah
Pendidikan minimal: Strata I
