Job Description:
- Supervise all process of Recruitment & Selection, Organization Development, Database Administration, Industrial Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Performance Appraisal, People Development, Reward & Punishment,Termination, Legal Compliance
- Control and daily check for facility and reporting data
- Negotiate with vendors regarding facility activities
- Maintain facility such as: control stock, ordering sparepart, and facility equipment

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same field (Supervisor Level) in manufacture or automotive industries is preffered
- Fluent in English both written and speaking
- Have a good analytical of Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefit, Training & Development, Recruitment & Selection, Reward & Punishment also is preferred
- Having certificate in HR / IR / Legal scope is preferred
- Honest, have integrity, good attitude, problem solving and communication skill
- Understand the theory and implementation of ISO, 5S, and EHS
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
