- Responsible for HR Administration, Payroll, and Employee Relation
- Create and update employee database
- Check and create employee attendance reports
- Make Employment Agreements for New Employees and Performance Appraisal

Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Law/Management
- Have experience min. 2 years especially in the field of manufacturing or automotive
- Understanding about labor laws and regulations
- Mastering Formulas and Functions in Microsoft Excel
- Have good communication skills and proficiency in English (written and speaking)
- Want to learn and willing to work under pressure
- Willing to join ASAP and work in Batang, Central Java
