Persyaratan Lowongan
1. Education : minimum bachelor's degree in accounting/finance is required, with a preference for postgraduate degrees.
2. GPA : minimum 3,00 on a scale of 4,00
3. Age : 40 years old
4. Experience : at least ten years of professional experience in treasury and industrial park management/property.
5. Expertise :
- Possessing a CPA or CA certification.
- Strong analytical skills paired with a practical mindset.
- High level of dedication and a focus on outcomes.
- Strong leadership skill to effectively interact and impact all organisational levels.
- Strong writing and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly with Powerpoint and Excel
Key responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures and controls to manage cash flow efficiently.
2. Monitor cas positions and liquidity requirements to meet operational needs and investment opportunities.
3. Execute cash management strategies to optimize working capital and minimiza financial risks.
4. Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for banking services, credit facilities, and foreign exchange transactions.
5. Manage short-term and long-term cash forecasting to support business planning and investment decisions
6. Develop investment strategies aligned with the company’s financual goals and risk tolerance.
7. Conduct research and analysis of investment opportunities, including equities, fixed income, real estate and alternative investments.
8. Monitor investment performance and market trends to make informed decisions and adjustment to the investment portfolio.
9. Manage relationships with investment advisors, fund managers, and other financial service providers.
10. Ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements and internal investment policies.
