  • Supporting IT request and support Jakarta Office employee and Batang members.
  • Serve as the first contact with users who need technical assistance via the phone, email, or direct.
  • Provide tier 1 and tier 2 IT support.
  • Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation on notebook, desktop and supporting equipment’s (Network, Server, Printer, Laptop/PC, etc.)
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, license software, and hardware faults.
  • Contribute to improving user support by actively responding to queries and handling complaints.
  • Participation with research, planning, scoping, implementation, and ongoing support for IT projects.
  • Keep records of problems and the solution into daily task report.
  • Maintain daily performance of computer and equipment supporting systems.
  • Respond to email messages for users seeking assistance.
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Maintaining Network and Server Hardware at MK Tower and Cyber 2 Colocation Server, and coordinate with Batang team if there’s an update and/or troubles.
  • Responsible for handling Network and Server Issues at Level 1 and Coordination with Site to Solving issues.
  • Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Preventive Maintenance Check (Server Room, Network Devices, Printer)
  • Responsible for Supporting All System and Hardware at BPI JKT Office.
    • Active Directory 
    • Firewall (MK Tower)
    • Network (Internet, Intranet, to Site and Cyber 2)
    • Server (Nutanix and Rubrik at Cyber 2)
    • Microsoft 356
    • Antivirus (TrendMicro)
  • Following Safety Standard from HSE BPI to perform all work activities

Persyaratan Lowongan

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience working in IT Infrastructure Management and Support Roles.
  • Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software components and supporting users.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, server administration, and IT security principles.
  • Experience with network and security equipment (FortiGate, Cisco Firewall, Ruckus, Cisco Switch/Router)
  • Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization technologies (Nutanix and Rubrik).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft 365) and virtualization technologies (Nutanix and Rubrik).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant certifications (Network, Server, And Support) are a plus.

  • Able to speak and write in English in Business Level.
